2007

2007年12月20日，我司注册成立，注册资本7.4亿人民币。

December 20th, 2007, the company was incorporated with a registered capital of RMB 740 million.
2009

2009年5月20日，公司举行投产仪式；同时，公司的配套码头投入运营。

May 20th, 2009, the production ceremony was held, marking the official launch of the company’s production and operation. At the same time, the supporting wharf was put into operation.

2009年11月3日，我司首批产品“巴西路易·达孚7台果汁罐”隆重下线。果汁罐下线标志着我司在大型储罐生产方面迈出了实质性的一步。

November 3rd, 2009, the first batch of 7 Louis Dreyfus juice cargo tanks were successfully delivered. This marked our significant step to the large storage tank production.
2010

2009年10月拉萨项目是我司首个啤酒发酵车间总包项目，2010年初项目顺利竣工，成为我司进军啤酒行业的标志性里程碑。

The successful completion of the beer tank project in Lhasa in 2010 became a landmark milestone for our company to enter the beer industry.
2012

2012年，随着全球领先的罐类设备制造商吉曼被母公司中集安瑞科收购，成为集团的成员企业，我司大大提升了液态食品领域工程的总包能力。

In 2012, with the acquisition of Giman, the world’s leading can equipment manufacturer, by our parent company CIMC Enric and becoming a member of the Group, our company has greatly enhanced its turnkey capability for projects in the liquid food sector.
2013

2013年6月，我司自主设计生产的新和成发酵罐设备通过GMP认证，正式投入使用，标志着我司开始进入生物制药市场

In June 2013, our independently designed and produced Xinhecheng fermenter equipment passed GMP certification and was officially put into use, marking the beginning of our company’s entry into the biopharmaceutical market.

2013年12月31日百威英博武汉小啤酒项目投料成功

December 31st, 2013: ABI Wuhan Turn-key pilot project successfully made the first brew.

这是从原料处理系统到清酒罐的整厂酿造设备的交钥匙工程，标志着我司已经具备了整厂交钥匙工程的建设能力。

2015年，承接嘉士伯云南大理项目

该工厂所有大罐及管道的冷区总包工程均由我司承建，前后历时近7年。建成后的莆田工厂年产啤酒200万吨，是亚洲最大的啤酒单体工厂。

同年，承接百威英博莆田啤酒厂项目

In the same year, Budweiser-InBev Putian Brewery.

该工厂所有大罐及管道的冷区总包工程均由我司承建，前后历时近7年。建成后的莆田工厂年产啤酒200万吨，是亚洲最大的啤酒单体工厂。

2016

2016年，随着英国老牌烈酒装备工程公司布里格斯被母公司中集安瑞科收购，成为集团的成员企业，中集醇科开始掌握全球领先的威士忌酒厂设计和交钥匙技术。

In 2016, with the acquisition of Briggs, a long-established UK spirits equipment engineering company, by our parent company CIMC Enric, which became a member of the Group, CLPT China began to master the world’s leading whisky distillery design and turnkey technology.
2017

2017年1月24日，公司承接的鹅岛Goose Island上海精酿啤酒设备进行第一锅投料并成功，标志着我司敲开了进入精酿啤酒市场的大门，在高端精酿啤酒系统的市场占据一席，同时也丰富了公司的啤酒系统类型，拓展了我司在啤酒市场的业务范围。

On 24th January 2017, the company undertook Goose Island Goose Island Shanghai craft beer equipment for the first pot of feeding and success, marking our company knocked on the door to enter the craft beer market, occupying a seat in the market of high-end craft beer system, and at the same time also enriched the type of the company’s beer system, expanding the business scope of our company in the beer market.

2019年，北美顶级制造商DME成为集团的成员企业，扩大了我司在精酿啤酒领域的产品组合。

In 2019, DME, a top North American manufacturer, became a member company of the Group, expanding our portfolio in the craft beer segment.

2019年获得巴克斯威士忌整厂项目

Bacchus Whisky Whole Plant Project Awarded in 2019

项目总额1.74亿人民币，该项目为我司与Briggs合作的第一个大项目，也是我司在威士忌蒸馏酒行业的一大突破。此后我司于2021年又承建了巴克斯在成都邛崃的投资建设项目，这也是亚洲最大的威士忌、伏特加生产线，该项目多个重点车间由我司承包建设，部分关键酿造设备和项目工艺设计由Briggs提供。

2019

2019年11月，企业获得“高新技术企业”证书认证。

In November 2019, the company was awarded the “High and New Technology Enterprise” certificate.
2020

2020年，苏格兰铜制蒸馏器制造商McMillan成为集团的成员企业，巩固了中集醇科在国内蒸馏行业的领先地位。

In 2020, McMillan, a Scottish copper still manufacturer, became a member of the Group, consolidating CLPT China’s leading position in the domestic distillation industry.

2020年，公司获得“省小巨人企业”和“省级企业技术中心”荣誉称号

In 2020, the company was awarded the honorary titles of “Provincial Small Giant Enterprise” and “Provincial Enterprise Technology Centre”.
2021

2021年，承接百威莆田鹅岛精酿工厂，是百威亚太区最大的精酿工厂。工厂建筑面积约7,450平方米，包含精酿工厂、办公室、化验室、游客参观走廊及体验区等，主要生产超高品质的精酿啤酒，产能为1万吨/年。

In 2021, the Budweiser Putian Goose Island Craft Brewery Plant was taken over, which is the largest craft brewery plant in Budweiser’s Asia Pacific region. With a floor area of approximately 7,450 square metres, the plant includes a craft brewery, offices, laboratories, visitor corridors and experience areas, etc. It mainly produces ultra-high-quality craft beer with a capacity of 10,000 tonnes/year.
2021

2021年9月，公司中标首个国产白酒酿酒工程“水井坊项目”

September 2021, the Company won the bid for the first domestic liquor brewing project ‘Swellfun Project’

2021年9月27日，公司中标水井坊邛崃全产业链基地项目（第一期）的白酒原粮处理系统订单（“水井坊项目”），合同金额超1亿元（人民币，下同）。

2022年，缅甸绿宝石啤酒有限公司

Emerald Brewery Myanmar Limited Project in 2022

泰国饮料（大众）有限公司的子公司 Emerald Brewery Myanmar Limited 拟购买机器、设备和配件，并对扩建后的年产 150 万升啤酒厂进行工程设计、监理、调试和性能测试。初期工厂的产能为 500,000 升/年，此次扩建至 1,500,000 升/年，称为第三期 。
