Our solutions are based on technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence and 5G, and use digital technology to intelligently upgrade all aspects of storage, batching, conveying and distribution of grain. We digitise the traditional brewing process of Baijiu, accurately and quantitatively control the links of each process, use intelligent brewing technology to replicate the traditional brewing techniques and combine years of industry experience with ANSYS simulation design, automatic in and out of the Baijiu system, valve array system, automatic inspection system and other designs to maximise the safety, economy and reliability of the tank area. Our blending system, collects production data, flavour data to build a digital twin model.
